Before Installing Your Hopper Topper...

Make sure the Auger Pan itself is secured properly and tightly sealed against the Auger Tube.
Best Practice: To enable maximum volume and flow take note of the Height between the Ground and Sweep Discharge for proper fit of Hopper Topper once attached to Hopper Pan.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLING YOUR "HOPPER TOPPER"
"US AS AUGER/HOPPER PAN COVER ONLY"
-
Make sure all Power is Disconnected from both your Augers
-
With Curtain Side of your Hopper Topper down inside your Auger Pan
-
Spread out Hopper Topper over your Auger and Pan
-
{do not allow curtain to extend to Auger Flights/Blade}
-
Thread Loose end of cinch strap into ratchet and pull tight
-
allowing the outer skirt of the Hopper Topper to tighten around the outside of your Hopper Pan or Auger Pan
-
Tighten securely as not to allow grain to spill over the edge
-
Once tighten securely situate upper portion of Hopper Topper directly beneath your Sweep Auger Discharge
-
Adjust for secure fit up and down using bungy straps with hooks to tighten around Auger Discharge Tube
-
Use the two Tarp Straps provided to keep your Hopper Topper up, against and beneath your Sweep Auger Discharge Tube
-
Once Hopper Topper is Installed Test Grain Flow for A Secure Fit

Energize PTO or Electric Motor, Energize Sweep Auger then Watch for Expected Grain Flow

Regulate Grain Flow To Your Comfort Level

LOW FLOW: when Hopper Topper is suspended over the Grain

MEDIUM FLOW: when the Hopper Topper is just rubbing the Grain

HEAVY FLOW: when the Hopper Topper is BULGING upwards from the flow
